SN74AUC1G17 - Single Schmitt-Trigger Buffer

Updated : 2020-01-09 14:33:36
Description

This single Schmitt-trigger buffer is operational at 0.8-V to 2.7-VVCC, but is designed specifically for 1.65-V to 1.95-VVCC operation.

The SN74AUC1G17 contains one buffer and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The devicefunctions as an independent buffer, but because of Schmitt action, it may have different inputthreshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going(VT–) signals.

NanoFree™ package technology is a majorbreakthrough in IC packaging concepts, using the die as the package.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications usingIoff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
