Description

The TLV6001-Q1 single operational amplifier is for general-purpose automotiveapplications. This device has a wide voltage range, from rail to rail, on input and output (RRIO)and a low quiescent current of 75 µA, typical. Other advantages are a wide bandwidth of 1 MHz andlow noise of 28 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz. This device enables you to balance betweencost and performance in different automotive applications when it is necessary. These applicationsinclude inverters for electric automobiles, infotainment, passive safety, and body electronics.Also, applications with sources that have impedances of megaohms can use the TLV6001-Q1 device,because of the low input bias current of 1 pA, typical.

The TLV6001-Q1 device is easy to use. The device is stable at unity gain with capacitiveloads of 150 pF, maximum. The device has a built-in filter that rejects RF and EMI, and shows nophase reversal in overdrive conditions. The device also has high electrostatic discharge protectionof 4-kV HBM.

The TLV6001-Q1 operates at voltages from 1.8 V (±0.9 V) to 5.5 V (±2.75 V). The device isspecified for the extended temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.

The single-channel TLV6001-Q1 is available in the SC70-5 package.
