The TLV4120 single supply operational differential amplifier provides a differential output current in excess of 200 mA at 5 V. This enables the amplifier to be used as high current line drivers, buffers, or coil driver applications. The TLV4120 has a shutdown feature that reduces the supply current down to 6 uA when the amplifier is not active in the application.
The TLV4120 is available in the ultrasmall MSOP PowerPAD package, which offers the exceptional thermal impedance required for amplifiers delivering high current levels.
