The TLV4120 single supply operational differential amplifier provides a differential output current in excess of 200 mA at 5 V. This enables the amplifier to be used as high current line drivers, buffers, or coil driver applications. The TLV4120 has a shutdown feature that reduces the supply current down to 6 uA when the amplifier is not active in the application.
The TLV4120 is available in the ultrasmall MSOP PowerPAD™ package, which offers the exceptional thermal impedance required for amplifiers delivering high current levels.
