CD4050B-MIL - CMOS Hex Non-Inverting Buffer/Converter

The CD4049UB and CD4050B devices are inverting and noninverting hex buffers, and feature logic-level conversion using only one supply voltage (V_CC). The input-signal high level (V_IH) can exceed the V_CC supply voltage when these devices are used for logic-level conversions. These devices are intended for use as CMOS to DTL or TTL converters and can drive directly two DTL or TTL loads. (V_CC = 5 V, V_OL ≤ 0.4 V, and I_OL ≥ 3.3 mA.)
